Port Huron Civic Theatre is bringing the Russian stage to life this weekend with its musical “Anastasia.” Local actors rehearsed on stage for the first time Sunday, perfecting songs, lines, and dance moves ahead of the show. The musical, inspired by the ’97 animated film, follows young Anya as she navigates post-revolution Russia with two conmen who hope to claim a reward by passing her off as the lost daughter of the czar. Performances run Friday thru Sunday at McMorran Place, with tickets from $22 to $29.
