Sheriff’s deputies responded to a party SUnday at the Wardell Leach Rec Center after learning that someone had arrived and threatened to “shoot up” the party. The exact nature of the threat remains unclear. However, deputies said they found no weapons on the scene.
This comes after four juveniles were shot and wounded over the weekend in Yazoo City. Authorities say there’s been an ongoing feud between several gangs over the past few years.
