A man who died tragically in a dog attack at a Yalobusha County animal shelter has been identified. Authorities say 57 year old Clifford Phillips Junior was attempting to put two dogs in a kennel at the Second Chance Animal Alliance Shelter on highway 315 last Friday. Coroner Ronnie Stark said Phillips was an employee at the shelter.
